CAVA D'ISPICA
Among the major rock complexes in Sicily is the Ispica quarry, a long valley of about 13 km, which still retains traces of man from the Bronze Age to the early 1900s.
A naturalistic and archaeological excursion, immersed in the luxuriant vegetation typical of the iblee quarries, ideal places for numerous species of animals such as the fox, the porcupine, the buzzard and the kestrel. We will retrace the history of these places, including necropolis, rock churches, ancient mills, and the impregnable Sican castle excavated in one of the high limestone cliffs of the quarry.

PANTALICA AND THE ANAPO VALLEY
